Tia Maria Matcha Ritual

Preparation:
Mix two teaspoons of sugar and one teaspoon of matcha powder in a dish.

Chill the glass for 10 minutes or until moisture forms on it. Dip the rim of the glass in the matcha and sugar mixture. Lastly, fill the glass with ice and add Tia Maria Matcha.

Matcha Tini

Ingredients:
40 ml Tia Maria Matcha
40 ml vodka

Preparation:
Create a perfect rim with matcha tea on one half of a martini glass. Pour Tia Maria Matcha and vodka into a shaker. Fill rest of the shaker with ice. Shake all ingredients together. Strain the contents into the glass.
